Fascial Stretch Healing targets the fascia—the connective tissue that surrounds muscles, bones, and organs. This fascia not only holds physical tension but also stores emotional imprints and trauma, manifesting as pain, limited mobility, and stress. Through gentle, assisted stretches, FST releases restrictions within the fascia, improving flexibility, relieving pain, and promoting overall mobility. As tension unwinds, both emotional and physical healing occurs, restoring balance and well-being.

Alongside FST, Reiki is a powerful energy healing modality that channels universal life force energy to restore harmony within the body’s energy system. Reiki helps clear energetic blockages, promoting deep relaxation, emotional clarity, and a sense of inner peace.

Together, FST and Reiki offer a comprehensive approach to healing, addressing both the physical body and the energetic system. This combined practice not only relieves pain and enhances mobility but also facilitates emotional release and healing, guiding clients toward greater health, vitality, and balance.
