To our valued patients, as of November 15th, 2023 we will be making an increase to our prices for Registered Massage Therapy and Fascial Stretch Therapy treatments. With increasing expenses and operations as well as the advancing education of our practitioners, we aim to always offer you the highest quality of care. Ayesha, is currently accepting new patients on Wednesdays and Saturdays at the clinic. Ayesha Jackson studied Biological Science at the University of Guelph before graduating with honours at Westervelt College for Massage Therapy. She has a niche for TMJ and Prenatal Massage along with Deep Tissue and Relaxation

COMING SOON We are so excited to welcome Jen Wrixon, our Reflexologist starting in January 2024, more info to come for bookings and availability. Reflexology is a complementary therapy that involves applying pressure to specific points on the feet, hands, or ears, which are believed to correspond to different organs and systems in the body. It is based on the concept that these reflex points can stimulate a healing response and promote overall well-being. Reflexology is often used for relaxation, stress reduction, and to support various health conditions.

Reflexology

Ayesha Jackson studied Biological Science at the University of Guelph before graduating with honours at Westervelt College for massage therapy. Ayesha has experience working with children and older, for alterations in health including muscle strains, joint sprains, joint restrictions and more. She is registered and in good standings with The College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.

I am committed to empowering patients to develop a greater understanding of their body and lifestyle in order to pursue lifelong health. Health and wellness are close to my heart and I plan to further my education and expand my knowledge of the human body in studying Osteopathy. In my free time, I love to stay active playing volleyball, hiking local trails, and camping in provincial parks. I also have a passion for cooking love to dabble in culinary arts.

Sydney Vaughan is a graduate of the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy, having successfully completed over 2200 hours of clinical massage practice, and 300 hours of assessment and treatment. In addition, she also completed in excess of 80 hours of volunteer work, providing massage to patients and staff in various hospital settings in the surrounding area.

Prior to this, as a Guelph native actively involved in community and sport, Sydney spent 4 years working as a Personal Trainer and Fascial Stretch Therapist. Her innate understanding of functional body movement, coupled with her passion for mind/body wellness, helped her clients to achieve their goals.

Having the unique ability to incorporate elements of all three modalities into her RMT practice, Sydney uses a variety of general Swedish massage techniques along with deep tissue work, myofascial release techniques and facilitated stretching. Sydney is committed to a path of continuous learning and excellence with her practice to provide treatments for her clients on their journey to optimal health and wellness.

Jen Wrixon is a Registered Reflexologist Practitioner (RRPr) with in-depth training and a natural, holistic healing philosophy. Jen originally trained and graduated in 2005 when she started her practice as a Reflexologist Practitioner and Certified Aromatherapist.

In her Reflexology practice, Jen skillfully integrates her expertise into each session as she works reflexes on the feet to target stress, anxiety, pain and promote overall wellness for the body and mind.

She is committed to helping you on your journey to better health, using Reflexology to help bring deep relaxation and balance within your body. If you fall asleep during your treatment, it’s the best compliment you can give her!

When she’s not focusing her energy on her clients, you can find her in the kitchen baking bread and trying out new recipes, getting crafty with macrame, and walking in the forest with her two dogs (and maybe dragging her husband and two girls along too.)

She’s excited to join Syd and have the opportunity to bring relaxation and wellness to the community.
